Is my information kept Private?

Your privacy is important to us. RG Natural Babies will not sell or exchange your information to anyone. In the case of products being directly shipped from the manufacturer, your name and address will be given for those purposes only. Your Credit Card will be processed through an SSL with 128 bit encryption to shield your transactions.

Do you ship outside the USA?

We will only ship outside the US to US Military Addresses and Canada.  Please keep in mind that there are some items I cannot sell/ship to Canada (ie. bumGenius, Wahmies).

Shipping for purchases in Canada will be higher and I will send you a separate invoice, or please email me and I can give you a shipping estimate.

How long will it be until my order is shipped?

Orders will typically be shipped within 1-2 business days from here(You will be contacted if items are out of stock unless otherwise noted). It will typically take 2-4 days for the post office to get the package to you, occasionally they may be delayed especially during the holiday seasons. Parcel post can take 3-9 business days.  If you would like faster shipping, please make a note and I will invoice you the difference.  Also, I cannot be responsible for items once they are to USPS. If you would like Insurance on your package,  please contact me as I do not have that available on the site and I will invoice you for the amount.

Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and will get shipped in about 3-5 days. If you would like to know if your items are in stock or if they will be drop shipped prior to ordering, please contact me, or please note that I do list it on the bottom of those items. Items that will be drop shipped include, but are not limited to crib mattresses, baby bedding, organic clothing and more. Also please note if you order multiple items, you may receive two packages - one from us and one from the manufacturer.

What if I am unsatisfied with my product?

Returns are now only available through STORE CREDIT.  If you need to return any UNUSED items, you may do so within 30 days. However, there will be a 10% restocking fee. They must be in original packaging and we will give you your store credit less shipping costs and the 10% restocking fee. If your items shipped free, that will also be deducted from your refund. Please give us a call or email ahead of time so that we can work out your credit or exchange.

If there are any unused damaged or defective items please contact us within 30 days after you received your order. The item may need to be sent directly to the manufacturer and we will be able to instruct you as to where to send it. We want to do our best to provide you with the best service and the sooner we know about a problem, the better we will be able to address it.  After 30 days, the items fall under the manufacturer warranties.

How are Shipping Costs figured out?

U.S. Customers:

Shipping Costs are Based on weight.  Estimates are made at checkout and will be applied accordingly.  If actual shipping ends up costing more than $1 less than what you paid, I will refund you the difference.  I will not charge you the difference if it is more. If you wish for priority, you can request it and I will invoice you the difference.

Customers Outside of US:

If you are in Canada, please remember, I am not permitted to sell BumGenius, Tula, JuJuBe and select other Products to you.  If actual shipping is more than the shipping cost charged, I will send you an invoice for the difference.

What kind of payment do you accept?

When you get to the end of checkout, you can choose Credit Card, Pay Pal, RME, or local payment with cash or check. 

When you choose "Credit card or direct cash payment via PayPal" you can pay without logging into PayPal by clicking on the button on the left side of the page to pay with Credit.  You may also pay by E-check in this way, however you item will not be shipped until the check is cleared.  If you have any questions, please contact me.

We can also accept payment with Visa, MC, or Discover if you wish to order over the phone.

Do you Price Match?

We will match any sales you find on items as long as they stay within the manufacturer guidelines and meet the same shipping costs. Please let us know where the link is so that we can also find it.  Sometimes stores clearance items out as they are going out of business and generally we will not be able to match those prices.

Once your order is placed, we will not refund the price difference if then you find a better deal. So, please contact us prior to ordering for this. We strive to give you the best prices and best customer service we can.  We hope that we can meet all of your needs.  Also if there is an item that you are interested in that we do not stock, we would be more than happy to look into getting it for you!

Can my order be cancelled?

If you placed an order and wish to cancel, there will be a 5% restocking fee if we had your order ready to go. Often orders go out w/in 24 hours. Occasionally, they are packaged even within minutes of being placed. So if you wish to make any changes, please us know as soon as possible!  Email is the quickest way to let us know of these changes.  Thank you!

If you paid and cancel your order there will always be a $.75 cent fee, as that is a fee that is non-refundable to me when I send you your refund. 

We do reserve the right to cancel an order due to shipping boundaries, policies on products, or misuse of coupons with terms.
