applicator.
Approx. 6" long by .25" diameter.
Fill with water prior to touching our high quality, veggie based water transfer
tattoos.
***Note for best application moisten sponge slightly
prior to placing on backing of tattoo paper. Also use tip to
smooth out tattoo if needed. Tattoos look best with water added
to top at end to "seal" the look.
When applying to nails be sure to add 2 clear top coats- only need for nail application for extended wear.
