This wonderful Snap-in Insert will fit perfectly into your Softbums PerfectFit Cover, giving you a nice trim fit.
3 layers of Organic BAMBOO Fleece, plus a top layer of unbelievably soft and plush Organic BAMBOO Velour, that when folded over gives 8 full layers of absorbency,. Serged around the edges with off-white natural threads, and one single snap at the back.
What makes our Snap-in inserts unique is the extra long length. This gives you all the absorbency you need, where you need it. Just fold under and snap in! It also allows your Insert to dry super fast. This saves time, energy, money and valuable resources.
The One-Size Soaker will work for any baby from birth to potty training.
For the Newborn try using 1-2 Doublers/Newborn Inserts. They are smaller and just lay inside our SoftBums cover, and it will last from 6-15 lbs. That's about birth to 2 mo or so.
Include a Doubler to increase absorbency to any diaper. A Doubler doubles the absorbency without adding bulk. Especially recommended for heavy wetters.
Bamboo fiber is the new innovation in textile fibers with the following naturally remarkable characteristics:
- Super Soft & Silky- The organic bamboo is softer than the softest cotton, has a natural sheen to the surface and feels similar to silk or cashmere.
- Breathable & Thermal Regulating Bamboo fiber is more breathable, comfortable and thermal regulating than cotton, wool or any other synthetic fiber thereby keeping you cooler, drier and more comfortable all day. Bamboo fiber's unique cross section composed of a matrix with various microscopic gaps allows bamboo apparels to absorb and evaporate perspiration faster than any other fabric. Absorbs 60% more than cotton!
- Anti-bacterial & Odor Free- Hypoallergenic & UV Protection make Bamboo a pleasant alternative for anyone with skin sensitivities or other allergies and dermatitis.
- Environment- Our Bamboo apparel is good for our ecosystems because Bamboo does not require pesticides, insecticides, or fertilizers, and does not involve the use of genetically modified organisms. In contrast, cotton crops are one of the most intensely sprayed crops in the world receiving 3-5 times greater application of pesticides per acre than other crops like corn or soybeans. The chemicals used on the cotton crops are linked to ground and surface water contamination, and even the pollution of drinking water. Did you know that it takes about a pound of chemicals to grow the cotton contained in a cotton t-shirt and pants?
- Biodegradable-Bamboo fibers are biodegradable, unlike synthetic textile fibers. Synthetic textile fibers are also made from non-renewable petroleum, and can even emit harmful gasses when incinerated. Almost all polyester/cotton blend fabrics are finished with formaldehyde, a carcinogen.
